SERIOUSLY. SO. BLESSED.

I'm going to be an Auntie again. AND again.

That's right, my sister is having TWINS!

The proof positive:

(Don't tell my sister, but I've already nicknamed them.)

We're all blown away, super excited and a little freaked out. Twins don't run in either of the parental units' families.

Oh, and until we find out the genders of Baby A and Baby B, Q is still my only nephew. So here is my most recent video masterpiece (haha) of master Q-tip (AKA the cutest Nephew in the universe). He just turned two and someone gave him a little toy projector thinger.

Who needs a cat, I've got a nephew!

2012 Calendar Project: March, Revised

March bugged me. And it didn't match any of the others. So I fixed it. Try this one on for size:

When falls the Coliseum, Rome shall fall;
And when Rome falls - the World.”

Sprouting and Growing

Yup. They're growing.
(Or in other words: I haven't killed them yet!)

PS:  This phase of the sprouting is where my sprouts are growing "REAL" leaves. When they first sprout, they come up with little oval-shaped leaves. The scalloped leaves are the real shape of the tomato plant leaves. We're making good progress here, people! This is exciting stuff! It's like watching grass *ahem* Tomato Plants grow!

Only five more months or so until real, homegrown tomatoes will be devoured. (most likely by the raccoons, if last year is any gauge.)

Yum. Slurp.

In other news, my Sister, Bro-in-law and I all have our tickets to see the Hunger Games. Do you?

On Being Specific (About My Rug)

I usually get to hang out with my utterly awesome nephew at least once a week. He's so cool. Q dude just had his second birthday and he is a tall little stringbean. His coordination has kicked in and he's tying words together and answering questions with multiple words. (there's also a lot of gibberish still being used)

Well q-tip is getting his two-year molars and teething has always given the kid wicked diaper rash and a snotty nose that doesn't stop. While his 'rents and I were hanging out at my place they changed his diaper and found *surprise* a mean red rash.

My sis decided to let him air dry a bit. I told her it was cool as long as he didn't poo somewhere in my house. (He may have a reputation for this...)

Well, Q got the memo.
He sat down on my big thick shag area rug and began to play with his cars. A couple minutes later I hear his dad say "Oh no!"

Yah, Q whizzed on my area rug.

Serves me right for not being more specific.
